I’d say “tomorrow I’ll start writing on this new topic”

I would think about writing

But wouldn’t open a laptop

Or write for 2 days after “being inspired” and then stop thinking “who needs this anyway”

It’s only when I started learning about Nervous System, I realized I was in perpetual freeze

Active mind, tired body

I knew everything but didn’t do much with it

It’s only when I started doing specific practices for my freeze, I got out of it

All of a sudden, I had the energy to do new things (what I’m doing right now is one of them)

It turns out I HAD the energy but it was stuck in my body

I didn’t have access to it

When I started mobilizing the energy, it got freed and I could finally use it

And it breaks my heart to see how many people are dealing with the same stuff

That’s why I’m doing THE SHIFT event where we’ll learn how to shift your state, mobilise the energy, so you can finally use it and feel ALIVE again.
